So many of us today lead hectic and challenging lives. From the moment we wake up we are confronted with issues that need to be handled. In some cases it is getting the kids off the school, in others it is getting ourselves off to work. And even if we do not go to school or work, or have children, life has a way these days of throwing a never-ending stream of challenges toward us.
